Our favorite summer event in West Yellowstone is the Rod Run. It's been going on for 35 years, and it just keeps getting bigger every year. Just imagine, beautiful mountains, Yellowstone Park, and over 300 of the hottest rods in the West! For the last three years, the Rod Run organizers have sold sponsorships to local business. For a reasonable price we get a plaque, a mention in the literature distributed to the participants, and best of all, we get to pick a car to receive a trophy with our business name on it. Here are photos of our Hall of Fame, starting with 2006 and going backwards. Unfortunately, this year, 2007, Send It Home will be unable to attend the Rod Run. Jay has to work, and Pati will be taking the West Yellowstone Girl Scouts to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Girl Scouting. We've assigned a friend to pick our car, but the '07 photos will definitely be limited. We're looking forward to Rod Run '08 and hope to be hosting the web site in the future.
